None Would Toss Jesus in the Trash — 4 Comments

  1. Dear Susie,
You do make a difference. I take the time to read what you send. I remember meeting you at the Catfish Restaurant in Buffalo. At least I think that is the name of the Restaurant. You said God had someone for you to meet. I saw you by yourself and walked over to your table to visit with you.
Long story short you gave me a book you wrote My Mother My Child. It was very helpful to me and I have since shared purchased the book for two other ladies going through the same thing. Thank You for being a vessel for the Lord
    Sincerely Sandy

  2. Wow, Sandy! What an encouragement you have been to me today. Thank you. Sometimes we wonder if anyone actually reads what we write. I am so thankful to hear how God is blessing My Mother My Child. Caring for others, especially our mothers, can be a challenging task. However, I sure would love to hug her once more! I would appreciate prayers as I struggle to finish What Love Looks Like. I thought it was to build on caregiving; however, God had other plans. I’m overwhelmed as this journey unfolds. Blessings and THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! Hugs and prayers, Susie

  3. Oh my goodness, Susie! As I read your comments on the Jesus card lying on the post office table and how it says to praise Jesus, it is reminding me to pay even more attention to our class lesson this coming Sunday morning. Steve is bringing a message on PRAISING JESUS! God really is pricking my mind and heart to pay ateention to what will be said! I am so glad He is a God of constant remonders to His children like me, whio is always in need of reminders and encouragement!!! THANK YOU for being who you are in Christ Jesus and being such a wonderful FRIEND and AUTHOR!!! – Sheri

  4. Sheri! How precious your comments. Indeed, we have a Father who wants us to praise Him. He is so worthy. Interestingly, I thought of you as I viewed those cards on the table, thinking “this is something my sweet friend, Sheri” would do! I can’t begin to explain what it did to my heart to walk in that room and see Jesus’ name scattered on the table. Blessings to you. Please pray for the “author” as I strive to get this book edited by the end of June and hopefully published by mid-August before a speaking engagement. LOVE YOU
