  1. Have used no salt dried herbs since 1984 throw dried onion & Garlic into almost everything then have fun with the rest of the herbs

    • Thanks, Cheryl.
Yes, I also add onion and garlic flakes in much of my cooking. Great for stews and casseroles as well as tossing in a fresh salad or mixing into a spread.
      Getting hungry now!

  2. You forgot Thyme for the veggies and also for squash pie. It is yummy in other veggies too.
Sprinkle a dab on baked potatoes.
    Love you

    • Wow! That Thyme sounds good on baked potatoes! Thanks! Love it when we learn from each other!

  3. I love growing my own herbs. Unfortunately, we have very long winters where I live, so the dry interior of the house is not favourable to growing herbs indoors. But as soon as the weather incense up, I’ll be growing my usual variety of oregano, rosemary, thyme, Parsley, and basil for sure. Fresh herbs make everything taste so much better!

    • Thanks, Doreen, for your comments. I, too, am looking forward to the tantalizing taste of fresh herbs in some new dishes for my family.
